new Wednesday evening exercise classes at Werrington Sports Centre
A new step aerobics class operates
from 6pm to 6.55pm for people who want to burn calories in a fun and
motivating fitness workout.
Then, from 7.05pm to 8 m a friendly,
well qualified instructor will lead a class devoted to targeting
‘thighs, bums and tums’ through a variety of exercises ranging from
aerobics to abdominal conditioning.
