Innovative sportswear retailer Advance
Performance of Peterborough and Cambridge, has recently launched a
dedicated yoga section, aimed at a new customer group to complement
its successful portfolio of running shoes and performance wear.
The new fitness and yoga products
are from Cambridge-based No Balls, which designs and manufactures
flattering and unique high quality sportswear specifically for
women.
Advance Performance now stocks the
beautiful bamboo collection from No Balls which has been especially
designed for fitness and yoga. |

The range is made from an exclusive bamboo fabric with just a touch
of elastane. It is soft and silky and has good performance
properties, letting skin breathe and wicks away moisture, with
bamboo even having anti-bacterial properties. Bamboo is grown
naturally and requires no fertilisers or pesticides and has its own
built in defences.
The new product section is ideal for
yoga, pilates, tai chi, as well as dance and fitness and the clothes
are so comfortable, there is bound to be a bit of lounging around
for leisure too. The range includes softly draped and pretty
seamless fitted tops, ballet wraps, yoga pants and the fabulously
pleated harem pants, with feminine detail and matching bamboo
seamless tights. In addition to black and white, there is a range of
flattering colours inspired by natural elements. In the new section,
there is a range of supplex fibre (cotton feel with fibre
technology) and fitted yoga and gym wear, yoga mats, bricks and
accessories.
Managing Director of Advance
Performance, Samantha Hale, commented, “This super soft bamboo
workout-wear retains its flattering shape and has many other
outstanding fabric properties. It is breathable, which means that
the fabric wicks away moisture, and is uniquely naturally
anti-bacterial. Available in sizes 10 to 16, ladies can now enjoy
looking their best and feeling comfortable, whilst becoming fitter
and more flexible, whatever vivacious shape they may be.”
“We are very excited about the
launch of the new fitness and yoga section at both our Cambridge and
Peterborough stores. Our loyal customer base visits us for all their
running needs and we now hope to inspire a brand new audience
involved with yoga and fitness to come and see us too. If the
section proves popular, then we will be regularly adding more styles
and equipment and will always welcome customer feedback.”
