Missed Saturdays show as was out at Gormet Plaza but was quite shocked to hear JLS in the bottom two? My fave is Diana at the moment to win but who knows its been full of twists and 'shock' results.

I think Diana is very good too.

Ps

I like your little pink fairy cake with a cherry on the top.

Thanks Smiley Rose :)

Yes fair enough, i am just being grumpy, but then again, it wouldn't be a true discussion without both sides of opinion. So yeah, sorry for my cynicism it's just do we need more clone popstars? well we don't, but i guess the big record copmpanies do. they need more popstars so they have more cds...
sigh

I really enjoyed 'ALL' of the performances on the programme this evening and it will be sad to see any of the final acts leave the show because I actually enjoyed listening to each and every one of them.  They are all quality singers.

The two acts who really did shine tonight were: Ruth and Alexander.  Both of their performances outshone all other acts.  Both singers have such powerful voices.

JLS, Eoughan and Diana were all great too and it's one of the best semi finalist shows to date...I wouldn't like to choose a winner.

Ruth was actually one of the better singers on this evenings programme, however she probably did not have enough voters to vote for her because she perhaps did not have as many supporters living within the country as all of  the other contestants did.  She certainly should not have been voted off tonights show though.  Oh well perhaps the other half of the public were all out partying this evening...which only left the non-supporters of Ruth telephoning with their votes.

I certainly would not leave up to the public to choose the winner as I personally would prefer to see a few carfully seclected judges to vote for their favourite singers instead...preferably honest ones.

The best thing about X Factor, if not perhaps the only good thing about it, is the really embarrassing funny bad auditions.
And you can watch all of those on youtube.
