Young footballing starlet Jade Ramm (16) has shown her
commitment to the development of the game off the pitch
with the introduction of a Young Leaders group.

As well as playing for Peterborough Northern Star Jade
has also been assisting Hampton Football Club with the
development of their youth football club.

In July Jade attended the FA Football Futures camp in
Hereford where she was treated to 5 days of workshops
covering a range of off-field aspects of football.

The week in Hereford has inspired Jade to help develop
grass roots football locally and has very quickly become
a valuable of the Hampton Football Club management team.

The latest venture Jade has embarked on is the creation
of the POSH Leaders group, which will allow other young
people from 14-22 years old the opportunity to get
involved in the FA Football Futures programme.

The POSH Leaders will assist in football development at
Hampton Football Club and will manage the introduction of
an U5 Development Squad, Blind Football Squad and Girls
Football Development Center.

POSH Leaders will burst to life with a 'Get Into Football
Futures' day on 28th October 2011 and Jade has secures
£300 from the O2 Thing Big scheme to make this day
possible.

In addition the group have been short-listed for the
NatWest Community Force award scheme and they are now
looking for people to vote for the group.

Voting runs until 23rd October and if they can secure the
most votes in their region would qualify for a £6000 cash
boost.

Please do show your support for this dynamic and
enthusiastic group by voting for them on the NatWest
Community Force website at
http://communityforce.natwest.com/project/5266

Or visit the Hampton FC website at www.hampton-fc.co.uk
for more details of the group.
