Visitors to the Show, which attracts thousands of crowds from across the
country, as well as overseas, will be able to see hundreds of Shire
Horses expertly presented and dressed in their traditional glory. There
will be a range of demonstrations and classes featuring in-hand,
harness, turnout, ridden and with implements.
You can marvel at the skills of the farrier, as the show also hosts
the largest farriery competition on heavy horses in England. There is
also a display of vintage tractors and farm machinery and the fast and
furious activity of dog agility. There is fun for all the family,
including the Victorian funfair and a wide variety of trade stands.
Family tickets are valued at £16 each
(on the gate), they are valid
for either day and admit 2 adults and 2 children on either the Saturday
or Sunday, not both days. Tickets are not transferable and no substitute
will be offered.
