Domino’s Pizza has chosen Productive
Computer Software to supply its remote control and desktop management
software product, NetSupport Manager, to the company’s 230 plus stores
across the UK and Ireland.
The logistics of providing IT support and
training to its staff throughout the country was proving costly and time
consuming for Domino’s, and a remote control option was seen as the
ideal solution to the problem.
James Witts, IT Manager for Domino’s
said “We are aiming to give support and training from our Milton Keynes
head office and also supply our remote field workers with a UPN linkup.
NetSupport was chosen for its speed, functionality and price
competitiveness. What matters to Domino’s is value, quality and
reliability for ourselves and our franchisees and I believe we’ ve got
the best of both worlds with this software”
With NetSupport Manager central IT
personnel will be able to remotely access each store’s systems providing
quicker response times for both training and fault diagnosis.
