Following the celebration of its fifth
birthday, OFEX, the well-established market for unquoted companies, is
coming to Cambridge to show how it can help local businesses and
investors. The market is designed to help companies raise new capital,
produce a market for tradeable shares, to assist employee share
incentive schemes and acquire a higher profile.
The seminar will be held at the Crowne
Plaza Hotel, Downing Street on 7th December 2000 from 9am until 1pm,
after which there will be a buffet lunch and the opportunity to meet
and converse with the speakers.
Five key topics will be addressed: The
OFEX Opportunity; Being Part of OFEX; The Role of the Adviser; The
Lawyer's Perspective and an OFEX case study presented by David Best of
Cambridge-based Medical Marketing International Group plc.
Says chief executive John Jenkins: 'We
know there is a huge level of awareness of OFEX, but not of how it
works and what it can provide. This seminar is an opportunity for
people to come and find out what OFEX is and what it can do for
companies and investors in the region.'
To reserve a place at the seminar please
complete the registration form and enclose a cheque for £19.50 (plus
VAT) made payable to 'ofexmedia limited' and return to ofexmedia Ltd,
