Business | Press | News

Expert speakers are lining up for Inside Ex 2004, ready to share their valuable personal and professional experience with local business people.

Inside Ex is a new business-to-business event taking place in the Britten Arena at Wood Green Animal Shelters near Huntingdon on June 9th, from 9am to 6pm.

Entry to the event is free and the free seminar programme includes a revealing session on mobile telecommunications from Nick How, Area Business Manager at O2. Says Nick: ďA lot of people may be a bit wary of new technology, but thereís no need to be.

Elaine Grievson who will be presenting at Inside Ex

"At Inside Ex, Iíll be explaining how small businesses can make the best use of the latest wireless technology to set up a mobile office that keeps you in touch while youíre on the move.Ē

Also presenting is Elaine Grievson, an experienced motivational speaker and a founder member of the Professional Speakers' Association in the UK. At Elaineís session, delegates will learn how to overcome the barriers that stop them - and their people - succeeding, and learn how to create a working atmosphere that encourages achievement, and drives profit.

And in a fun and involving session, Andy Lopata, Managing Director of BRE - the Business Referral Exchange - will explain how to make the most of networking, and provide some valuable tips on how to overcome the fear of a roomful of strangers!

There will also be an informative session from the Health and Safety Executive, explaining how businesses can guard themselves in health and safety.

As well as attending the business seminars, visitors to Inside Ex will also be able to exchange ideas and make new contacts with business exhibitors from a range of disciplines including financial services, telecommunications, travel, marketing, transport and HR. General business advice will also be available from the Inland Revenue, Customs and Excise, Department of Employment, Health and Safety Executive and the Federation of Small Businesses.

Limited stand space is still available, with stands priced from just £250 + VAT.

For more information about Inside Ex, or to book a stand, visit www.insidebusiness.co.uk or call Stan Taylor on 08701 635131.
