A seminar on Tuesday 15 May specifically aimed at both business
managers and their employees will show that regardless of age,
gender or investment history, pension saving is a vital element of
saving for retirement and safe guarding financial stability.
John Bridge OBE, Chief Executive of
Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce, said: “By understanding the
changes in legislation and the impact this will have on retirement
funds, along with gaining professional advice on pension saving,
delegates will be able to ensure bright more secure future for
yourself, your employees and colleagues.
“This seminar will highlight the
benefits of pension saving, along with current legislation issues in
the pension world, to assist people in making confident choices
about their financial future.”
Stuart Gibbons, Chairman of
Huntingdonshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “We would particularly
like to encourage business owners and managers to offer attendance
as a benefit to their employees. Not only will they learn something
which will be financially valuable to them, it will also be an
excellent opportunity for them to practice their networking skills
at the sandwich buffet and regular informal networking evening that
will follow the event.”
