BSI Management Systems, Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT) and
Wilson Lee & Partners, have announced their
plans for an innovative and exciting business seminar scheduled to
take place at Perkins Engines, Peterborough, on the 30th November
The seminar is the first in a series
of “Business Excellence” events to be delivered through PECTs Business
& Environment Management Scheme (BEMS). The first seminar looks at
Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and aims to demonstrate that
implementing such a system is a proven method of improving the
effectiveness and efficiency of your business.
A series of presentations and case
studies will help to de-mystify the concept of EMS and provide
delegates with a straightforward overview of the benefits of
developing an effective system.
Most significantly, the event will
present a tangible link between effective environmental management and
improved financial performance.
“For companies of all sizes, effective
environmental management is imperative for sustained growth, cost
effective operations and improved financial performance”, says Andrew
Morris, Business Development Director at BSI Management Systems.
Andrew continued, “BSI Management
Systems is deeply committed to helping organisations identify and
benefit from the link between effective environmental management and
the achievement of business excellence”
The benefits of implementing an
Environmental Management System are widely recognised within the
business community. As such, this free-of-charge event promises to be
very well attended and places are filling fast, however there are
limited places still available. You can download a booking form online
