Anne Corder Recruitment scores ISO accreditation

Independent recruitment agency Anne Corder Recruitment (ACR) has passed its annual audit, with the inspector noting the agency ‘continues to strive for perfection’.

The ISO inspector reported ‘Anne Corder Recruitment continues to maintain all aspects of their adopted quality management systems in a truly professional manner’.

It is the 15th year ACR has achieved the ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) industry accreditation which is recognised as the only international indicator of quality.

The award confirms ACR has achieved its on-going aim to run an efficient and cost-effective business for staff, clients and candidates.

Inspectors spend a day reviewing a company’s methods and systems, speaking to staff, investigating procedures and schedules before deciding whether the required standards have been achieved.

The agency, which has a head office in Park Road, Peterborough and a satellite office in the city’s Lynch Wood Business Park, has achieved the ISO 9001:2008.

Recruitment partner Karen Dykes, who oversees the agency’s compliance procedures, said: “The comments from the inspector were very gratifying and reflect the hard work we put into ensuring ACR follows best practice in everything we do. Achieving the industry accreditation for the 15th consecutive year demonstrates to our clients and candidates the high standard of service they can expect from us.”
